Transkei infrastructure multi-stakeholders' meeting Mthatha City Hall on 25 February 2008 media alert issued by the President of the United Democratic Movement (20 February 2008)

After the meeting of 24 January, where the state of Transkei infrastructure was discussed by representatives of the twenty eight Magisterial Districts of the Transkei, many activities and follow-ups have taken place. In compliance with the meeting's resolutions we announce that a report back meeting is to be held at the Mthatha City Hall on 25 February 2008 at 10h00.

All stakeholders are requested to be on time to get a full report on all the issues submitted to the President of the Republic of South Africa and a briefing on the latest developments.

The importance of the formation of a steering committee, as previously discussed, can hardly be overemphasised.
