Condolences with the passing of Dr Piet Koornhof media statement by Bantu Holomisa, MP - UDM President (13 November 2007)The United Democratic Movement (UDM) wishes to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the late Dr Piet Koornhof.
The late Dr Koornhof will be remembered as a person who lived his life to the full. His legacy lives on through the accomplishments of his children who have proven to be exceptional people in their own right.
Among his peers, he was one of the first public proponents of change in South Africa; and in the end that change became a reality for all South Africans.
May he rest in peace.
