Election date welcomed - media statement issued by UDM President (17 November 2005)

The UDM welcomes the announcement of the Local Government Elections to be held on 1 March 2006. We are ready and eager to contest these elections. We will demonstrate our election readiness at our 3rd National Congress (9-11 December 2005 in Mthatha) where we will launch our Local Government Election Manifesto.
