The UDM kick-starts its journey of a Better Future Plan for South Africa in Mpumalanga - statement by UDM Provincial Secretary: Mpumalanga (18 February 2004)

As part of the build-up towards the 2004 South African General Elections, the United Democratic Movement (UDM) will hold its first provincial rally after its Manifesto Launch in Durban at Embalentle in Secunda, Mpumalanga.

As a party that places unemployment and poverty at the centre of its plans for South Africa, the UDM has identified the Mpumalanga Province as the ideal place to kick-start its journey and mission of a BETTER FUTURE PLAN for South Africa. The Rally that will see members and supporters of the UDM converging in Secunda on the 21 February 2004 aims to address many problems that have been neglected over the past ten years of Democracy thus undermining the freedom of the people of Mpumalanga.
