UDM YOUTH VANGUARD

MEDIA RELEASE

RESIGNATION OF NATIONAL YOUTH LEADER

STATEMENT BY LUZUKO LUWACA as UDMYV SECRETARY GENERAL

The National Youth Management Committee distances itself from the document, which we believe was written and leaked to the media by former Youth Leader, Xolani Mbutho. The view expressed by Xolani was his and not that of the UDM Youth.

We further put our full support as the National Youth to our National Senior Structure, President and Deputy President and more so the entire National UDM leadership.

We further believe that the UDM as a party is still in line with its persuasion of its Vision and Mission.

We believe Xolani Mbutho is confused and he was never UDM at heart. The manner in which he has handled his views makes us believe that he is an opportunist who wanted to use the UDM to create a political CV for himself.

The UDM Youth believes that Xolani Mbutho is nothing else but a man, who wants to create himself as an asset, whereas he was the nuisance, hence we are investigating him in the Party. Hence we believe with the leads that we are having he has done good by leaving the Party. Hence we will not waste our time on him.

We would like to apologise unconditionally to the UDM Leadership and its entire membership for the embarrassment caused by this loose canon.
